Advanced Bartending Techniques Workshop
prerequisites
A four-hour, hands-on workshop for working bartenders and Commercial Course graduates. Build your own bespoke syrups, master smoking and flaming, and finish the day with a signature cocktail you've designed, costed, and pitched.
What this class is
Advanced Bartending Techniques is a four-hour workshop that takes a working bartender from competent to memorable. You'll spend the day on the techniques that separate good bars from great ones — bespoke syrups, bitters as a finishing tool, custom rimming, smoking, and flaming — alongside the commercial skills you actually need on the floor: costing a cocktail, pitching it to a manager, and selling it to a guest.
