Commercial Bartending Course

When registering for the Commercial Bartending Course at Fine Art Bartending, the Terms and Conditions are agreed to prior to purchase of the course.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of purchase will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Does not apply if the event it within 72 hours.

Cancellation requests received more than 72 hours (3 days) before the start date of the course outlined on your registration confirmation receipt, will be subject to a $175 cancellation fee.

The remainder would be refunded to you in 7-10 business days after receipt of cancellation request.

No refunds for any cancellation requests received with less than 72 hours (less than 3 days) written notice before the start date of the course outlined on your registration confirmation receipt.

If you pay only a deposit, and send a written cancellation request less than 72 hours before the start of your scheduled class time, your card will be charged for the outstanding balance owing of your tuition on the date of class start.

No shows will not be refunded. We can not offer refunds, or partial refunds for classes you have attended and completed or partially completed.

Change Dates Request

A $50 change fee applies to any date change requests when more than 72 hours notice is provided by email. Changes to your course start date can be made by emailing us at info@fineartbartending.ca up until 72 hours ahead of your scheduled class start time.

A $175 change fee applies to date change requests received less than 72 hours before the start of a course.

Specialty Classes

Any of our one-evening specialty classes require 72 hours notice of cancellation to receive a full refund. These specialty classes include the following:

Intro to Bartending

Wine Tasting Seminar

Cancellation requests received between 72 hours and the start of class will not be refunded and no shows will not be refunded. If something has suddenly come up where you can’t make your scheduled specialty class, please send someone in your place!

Private Events

Payment in full is required to confirm any private party or team event. If notice of cancellation is received 72 hours prior to the start of the event, 50% of the total will be refunded. Cancellation of your event with less than 72 hours notice will not be eligible for refund.
