Fine Art Bartending – Course & Event Policies

Bartending Course

By registering for the Commercial Bartending Course and Advance Bartending Course, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

• Cancellations within 72 hours (3 days) of purchase → $50 cancellation fee.
• If your course starts in the next 3 days (72 hours) → The full deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the course start date → The deposit is non-refundable, but the remaining balance (if paid in full) will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course start date → No refunds. However, you can reschedule for a fee. See below.
• If you only paid a deposit and cancel within 72 hours of the course start date → Your card will be charged the remaining tuition balance.
• No-shows → No refunds.

💡 Refunds are not available for classes you have already attended, whether fully or partially completed.

Changing Your Course Date

• More than 72 hours' notice → $30 change fee.
• Less than 72 hours' notice → $50 change fee.
• If you request a change and have only made a deposit, your remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.
• If you change your date and later cancel, your $195 deposit and change fee remain non-refundable.
• The cancellation policy applies to the new course start date once your request to change has been confirmed.

Intro to Bartending Seminar and Flair Bartending Workshop

• Cancellations with at least 72 hours' notice → Full refund.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of class start → No refund.
• No-shows → No refund.
• If you can't attend → You may send someone in your place.

Private Events

• Full payment is required to confirm your event.
• Cancellations with at least 72 hours’ notice → 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of event start → No refund.

Gift Certificates

• Non-refundable.
