Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Short Version

Course: Your deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is free before your course starts, $30 after it has started. Retakes of the Commercial Bartending Program are free, for life.

Seminars: Cancel more than 72 hours before your start date for a refund (a $50 fee applies within 72 hours of purchase).

Private & corporate events: full refund up to 48 hours before your event.

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling work at Fine Art Bartending School (319 W Pender St, Vancouver, BC). By registering for a course, class, or event, you agree to the terms below and to our Terms & Conditions.

Commercial Bartending Course

Applies to the Commercial Bartending Course.

When you cancel	What you receive
Within 24 hours of booking	Full refund
Before Course Starts	$199 deposit is non-refundable. Free exchange.
After Course Starts	Non-Refundable. $30 exchange fee.
No Shows	Non-refundable. No exchange.

Transfers & rescheduling

Need a different start date? Before your course begins, we're happy to move your registration to any upcoming cohort with space, free of charge. Once your course has started, rescheduling to a different cohort costs $30.

Seminar Classes

Introduction to Bartending, Flair Bartending, and workshop classes.

When you cancel	What you receive
Within 24 hours of booking	Full refund
72 hours before class	Refund less a $10 cancellation fee or free future class credit
Within 72 hours of class	No refund. Credit toward a future course date

Private & Corporate Events

Applies to corporate team building events and private parties. Full refund up to 48 hours before your event. Within 48 hours, contact us and we'll do our best to rebook your date.
