Fine Art Bartending – Course & Event Policies
Commercial Bartending Course
By registering for the Commercial Bartending Course, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- Cancellations within 72 hours (3 days) of purchase → $50 cancellation fee.
- If your course starts in the next 3 days (72 hours) → The full $175 deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the course start date → The $175 deposit is non-refundable, but the remaining balance (if paid in full) will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course start date → No refunds. However, you can reschedule for a $50 change fee.
- If you only paid a deposit and cancel within 72 hours of the course start date → Your card will be charged the remaining tuition balance.
- No-shows → No refunds.
💡 Refunds are not available for classes you have already attended, whether fully or partially completed.
Changing Your Course Date
- More than 72 hours' notice → $50 change fee. Requests must be emailed to info@fineartbartending.ca.
- Less than 72 hours' notice → $175 change fee.
- If you change your date and later cancel → Your $175 deposit remains non-refundable.
Intro to Bartending Classes
- Cancellations with at least 72 hours' notice → Full refund.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of class start → No refund.
- No-shows → No refund.
- If you can't attend → You may send someone in your place.
Private Events
- Full payment is required to confirm your event.
- Cancellations with at least 72 hours’ notice → 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of event start → No refund.
Gift Certificates
- Non-refundable.
