By registering for courses or classes at Fine Art Bartending Vancouver, you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy.

1. Terms — By accessing this website (https://www.fineartbartending.ca/), you agree to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use and confirm you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site. The materials on this website are protected by copyright and trademark law.

2. Use Licence — Permission is granted to view the material on Fine Art Bartending School Vancouver Ltd.'s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is a licence, not a transfer of title. Under this licence you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display; attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website; remove any copyright or proprietary notations; or transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" them on any other server. Violation of this licence allows Fine Art Bartending School Vancouver Ltd. to terminate it immediately, at which point you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, printed or electronic.

8. Governing Law — Any claim related to this website shall be governed by the laws of Canada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By registering through the website, each student agrees to each of the following:

1. I acknowledge that I must be at least 18 years of age with a signed parental-consent form, or 19 years of age or older, to attend programs at Fine Art Bartending School.
2. I acknowledge that I must present valid government identification to verify my age: a valid driver's licence, passport, citizenship card, Canadian Armed Forces ID, or BCID. A health card is not acceptable. If staff believe my identification is not valid, I may be denied entry without refund, with the option to reschedule.
3. I accept the Liability and Assumption of Risk Waiver detailed below, and agree to sign the written waiver at the school before starting my first day of class.
4. I acknowledge that making payment through this website constitutes registration, and a confirmation email is automatically sent to the address I enter at checkout.
5. I accept responsibility for entering a correct email address and for checking my spam or junk folder for the confirmation email.
6. I accept that I have read and understood the Refund & Cancellation Policy: cancellations more than 72 hours before my course start date receive a full refund; a $50 cancellation fee applies to cancellations within 72 hours of purchase; and cancellations within 72 hours of the course start date receive credit toward a future course date.
7. I acknowledge that refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receipt of my written cancellation.
8. I understand that before my course begins, I may move my registration to any upcoming cohort with space, free of charge, and that rescheduling after my course has started costs $30 per change.
9. I understand that enrolment does not guarantee my preferred start or class date, and that I may be offered an alternative start date mutually agreed in writing.
10. I acknowledge that if I am running late or will miss a class, I will notify the school in advance (text 236-200-0584). Missed classes can be made up in other time slots where space allows, but make-up spots are not guaranteed.
11. I understand that certification requires attending the program: if I miss more than two of the seven class days without arranging it with the school, I may not qualify to complete testing and earn the certificate until I make up the missed classes.
12. I accept that if I fail to attend my scheduled program start without notice, I am not entitled to a refund, and may instead return under the Retake Policy (an administration fee applies, which includes the current textbook).
13. I understand that retakes of the practical exam are free and are scheduled with the school, subject to availability.
14. I agree to abide by all rules and regulations set out by Fine Art Bartending School and its instructors. Failure to do so may result in dismissal without completing my program and being refused a certificate.
15. I acknowledge that if I am dismissed from class, future enrolment and retake privileges may be refused.
16. I acknowledge that training methods, materials, equipment, and textbooks may change from time to time and may not reflect past programs.
17. I acknowledge that if I lose or misplace my textbook or other course materials, replacements cost $50.
18. I consent to appearing in photography and video captured during classes and events, which Fine Art Bartending School Vancouver Ltd. may publish on its website and social media and use in advertising, without compensation. If I prefer not to appear, I will tell my instructor or email info@fineartbartending.ca.
19. I understand that my enrolment does not guarantee any job position or placement.
20. I acknowledge that Fine Art Bartending School is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
21. I acknowledge that I may be required to accept further terms and conditions based on the programs I enrol in.
