What's included in a team event?

Two hours of hands-on instruction behind our 22-foot bar, two crafted cocktails for your team to taste, recipes for popular drinks like the Espresso Martini and Moscow Mule, and a friendly speed challenge to finish.
Every guest gets a digital cocktail recipe kit to take home so the mixing keeps going after the event.
How many guests can you host?

Our capacity is groups of up to 24 guests. There's no strict minimum — most teams we host land somewhere between 8 and 20, which gives everyone plenty of space behind the bar.
When are you available?

We host private corporate events between 2:00 and 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday, and any time on Fridays. Each class runs for two hours.
Tip: Holiday-season dates slots fill far in advance.
Do you rent the space

Yes. We are most available on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Please get in touch with us for our rental package.
Can we bring food, or arrange catering?

You may bring finger foods to munch on during the session, but we do not permit catered meals for the 2-hour team-building experience.
How much does it cost?

Pricing is $1,450 for up to 12 guests ($50 per additional guest). Our capacity is 24.
Can you host the event at our office instead?
+
The best part of our events is getting your team behind a real bar with real tools, spirits, and glassware — that's hard to replicate in an office. For that reason, we prefer hosting on-site.
If you'd like a custom off-site package, email info@fineartbartending.ca and we can develop a custom quote.
What's your cancellation policy?

Events can be rescheduled up to 14 days before your booked date at no charge. Inside that window, we work with you case-by-case. We'd rather move your date than lose your team. Full details are confirmed in your booking agreement.
