Since 1981, we’ve been training students on the skills needed to start a career in bartending. Our up-to-date program teaches practical skills of customer interactions, handling rushes, and becoming a valuable team player.
Your Impact
Building Better Bartenders
As a bartending instructor, you have the responsibility of creating a safe space for students to gain the confidence behind a bar. Some students join our Commercial Bartending Program to get a job, while others just want to learn a new skill for fun. It’s your job to create a classroom environment that’s fun for everyone and leaves a lasting impact.

Job Description
Your Role as an Bartending Instructor
Our instructors have full rein over their classrooms. We provide you the teaching material and it’s your responsibility to make the class your own.
What we expect from our instructors:
- Teach the provided curriculum
- Share personal bartending stories
- Go above and beyond to make sure all students feel comfortable learning in our classroom
- Prepare students for their final examination which assesses their readiness to work in today’s commercial bartending environemnt
- Show up on time, reliably for your shift. You have a lot of autonomy in this role. In return, we expect you to be responible!
- Be a team player, making sure you set the bar up for instructors who teach after you
- Bring good vibes and love what you do! If you don’t enjoy public speaking and have limited patience, this job is absolutely not for you.
