Before You Book a Holiday Party

How early should we book a December holiday party?
December fills earliest of any month, and the best afternoon slots go first. The sooner you book, the better. We accommodate last minute bookings if the space is open!
Can we run it as an evening event after work?
Our standard corporate slots are Monday to Friday between 2:30 and 5:00 pm, and we can accommodate a start after 5:00 pm on Thursdays and Fridays.
Will you come to our office?
No, we host at our Gastown venue. The 22-foot bar, the tools, and the full setup are what make the session work, and none of that travels well. Most teams find getting out of the office is part of the appeal.
What if our team is larger than 25?
Twenty-five is our maximum for a single session, since beyond that people stop getting real time behind the bar. For larger teams, get in touch and we'll look at what's possible for your date.
Where do teams usually go afterward?
We're in Gastown, so most groups walk to dinner or drinks nearby once the session finishes. An afternoon slot works well as the first half of a longer evening, and we're happy to suggest places.
What's your booking and cancellation policy?
Full payment secures your date. Cancel 48 hours or more before the event and you receive a full refund. Inside 48 hours, get in touch and we'll do what we can. Read our full policies.
