Can we bring decorations, a theme, or our own playlist?
Yes to all three. The venue is yours for the session, so bring banners, sashes, whatever you have planned. Send us your playlist ahead of time and we'll play it while you play behind the bar.
What if some of our group doesn't drink, or someone is pregnant?
Everyone still takes part. Mocktail options are always available and every drink we teach has a non-alcoholic version, so nobody sits out or gets handed something different from the rest of the group. Just let us know numbers when you book.
How far in advance should we book a bachelorette party?
The sooner the better to book your spot. We do not hold dates until full payment is made.
Can we do something special for the bride?
That's half the fun. The bride gets the first drink, we build the games around her, and our instructors are used to putting her in the spotlight without making it awkward. Tell us anything you want worked in when you book.
Is the space good for photos?
Yes. The 22-foot bar makes a strong backdrop and groups usually end up with better photos here than in a dark bar. You're welcome to take photos and video throughout. Check out our venue gallery.
What do most groups do before or after?
Most book the 3 to 5 pm or 4 to 6 pm slot and walk to dinner afterward. We're in Gastown, so there's plenty within a few minutes of the door and you finish with enough of the evening left to keep going.
