We don't shake the milk with the juice, just in case it curdles. Customers can be very particular about curdled milk. Of course, you could just give it a shot. If you don't have curdling due to the acidity of the pineapple... then rework your preparation steps. This fun cocktail could be shaken and strained into a cocktail glass, then served as martini. Prepare this drink also as a shot, although complicated to create. To create a Scooby Snack shot, you will want to revise the recipe to get the drink down to a single ounce in size. Try the following:

Scooby Snack Shooter
- 1/4 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Malibu Rum
- 1/4 oz Creme de Banane
- dash of Milk
- dash of Pineapple Juice
Take the above 5 ingredients and add them to a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously 8-10 times, and then strain into a 2oz shot glass. Chances are your guests will not order just one of these, so be prepared to make these in twos or fours at a time. Anyone remember the Fun Lovin' Criminals from 1996. Google it... Scooby Snacks.
